StillMatter.shop is an online store offering 3D printed games, gifts, decorative items, and functional products. Products are manufactured and sold in the United States.

2. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order.
- Limit quantities purchased.
- Correct pricing, product, or inventory errors.
- Cancel orders resulting from inaccurate information.
An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of an order.
3. Product Information
Many products sold by StillMatter.shop are produced using additive manufacturing (3D printing) processes.
Because products are manufactured individually:
- Minor cosmetic variations may occur.
- Layer lines, surface texture, and slight color differences are normal characteristics of 3D printed products.
- Product photographs are representative examples and may not exactly match the item received.
These variations are not considered defects.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment is required at the time of purchase through approved payment processors.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
5. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
Estimated shipping times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
6. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for purchased products.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@stillmatter.shop within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs and a description of the issue.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement product.
If a return is required, the customer must obtain a Return Authorization before sending any item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Replacement Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction.
If a product is damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to make the situation right whenever reasonably possible.
Replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to request photographs, videos, or return of the original product before approving a replacement.
8. Product Safety Warnings
Choking Hazard
Some products may contain small parts.
WARNING: Small parts may present a choking hazard.
Not intended for children under 3 years of age.
Adult supervision is recommended whenever children are using any product purchased from StillMatter.shop.
Pet Safety Warning
Many products sold by StillMatter.shop are manufactured using plastics, adhesives, paints, or other materials that may be harmful if chewed, swallowed, or ingested.
WARNING: Keep all products away from pets.
Plastic materials, broken fragments, adhesives, magnets, and small components may cause serious injury, intestinal blockage, illness, or death if consumed by animals.
Customers assume all responsibility for keeping products away from pets and children.
Heat Warning
Many products are manufactured using PLA and similar thermoplastics.
Exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight, vehicles, ovens, dishwashers, or other high-temperature environments may cause warping, deformation, or damage.
Products should be stored and used in appropriate temperature conditions.
9. Intended Use
Products are intended only for their reasonably expected purpose.
Customers assume all responsibility for improper use, modification, misuse, abuse, neglect, or use contrary to product instructions.
StillMatter.shop shall not be responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of any product.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
StillMatter.shop, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:
- Use of the website;
- Use of any product;
- Inability to use a product;
- Product misuse;
- Shipping delays;
- Lost profits;
- Loss of data;
- Property damage;
- Personal injury.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
