Still Matter offers 3D-printed products, accessories, gifts, gaming items, organizational products, and related merchandise.
Due to the nature of additive manufacturing and handcrafted finishing processes:
- Products may contain visible layer lines.
- Colors may vary from photographs.
- Minor cosmetic variations may occur between products.
- Dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
- Products may be modified, updated, or discontinued without notice.
These characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We reserve the right to:
- Change prices at any time without notice.
- Correct pricing errors.
- Limit quantities purchased.
- Refuse or cancel orders.
- Discontinue products without notice.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order.
We reserve the right to review, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including:

- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Shipping restrictions

5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only.
Still Matter is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather events
- Customs processing
- Natural disasters
- Service interruptions
- Circumstances beyond our control
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Replacements
All sales are final.
Still Matter does not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
Customers who receive a damaged or defective item must contact support@stillmatter.shop to request a Return Authorization before returning any product.
Replacement eligibility is subject to inspection of the returned item and approval by Still Matter.

7. Product Safety
Many products sold by Still Matter may contain:
- Small parts
- Magnets
- Adhesives
- Decorative components
- 3D-printed materials
Products may present choking, ingestion, or injury hazards if misused.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended user and environment.
Products are not intended as pet toys unless specifically stated otherwise.
Customers are encouraged to review our Product Safety, Child Safety, and Pet Safety Policy before use.
8. Heat and Environmental Exposure
Many products are manufactured from PLA or similar thermoplastic materials.
Exposure to excessive heat, direct sunlight, enclosed vehicles, heaters, ovens, grills, or other high-temperature environments may cause products to:
- Warp
- Deform
- Crack
- Lose structural integrity
Such damage is not considered a manufacturing defect.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Graphics
- Product descriptions
- Images
- Text
- Website design
is the property of Still Matter, Aiello IO, LLC, or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- Personal injury arising from misuse of products
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Still Matter and Aiello IO, LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising from your misuse of the Website or products.
