Limited Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

Still Matter products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty.
Limited Manufacturing Warranty
Still Matter warrants that products will be free from significant manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use
- Abuse or neglect
- Accidental damage
- Exposure to excessive heat
- Exposure to moisture or chemicals
- Modifications made by the customer
- Damage caused by pets or children
- Cosmetic imperfections typical of additive manufacturing processes
If a qualifying defect is identified, Still Matter may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide store credit
No cash refunds will be issued except where required by law.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still Matter, Aiello IO, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Property damage
- Personal injury resulting from misuse of products
The maximum liability of Still Matter shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any product sold by Still Matter, the customer acknowledges and accepts these limitations and responsibilities.
