All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at support@stillmatter.shop with a description of the problem and, if possible, photos of the item. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include replacement of a defective or damaged item at our discretion. Our goal is to make things right whenever possible.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Replacement Process
At our discretion, a replacement product may be issued after the original product has been returned and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any item. Returns received without authorization may be refused.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, modified, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Shipping Delays
Still Matter is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
